With the intention of nurturing a diverse range of hockey talent from Odisha, the former captain of the Indian women’s team, Rani Rampal, conducted a special training camp for women strikers at the iconic Kalinga Stadium. The camp had been organized through a collaborative effort involving the Sports and Youth Services Department of Odisha, the Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High-Performance Centre, and the Hockey Association of Odisha. The camp served as a valuable opportunity for aspiring players from across the state to learn from one of the finest strikers ever produced by the Indian women’s hockey team.
